Mobile Log In and Log Out

A few simple steps to log in and out of the mobile app.

Download the Click Maint CMMS app from the app store for the mobile experience.

Mobile Log In

  1. Click on the app to get to the sign in page and enter your email address and password. Use the same address and password as the desktop.

  2. Click Sign In.

After 5 failed attempts to log in, you must wait 20 minutes to try again.

Mobile Log Out

  1. Clcik on the Account icon from the menu bar.

  2. Click on the Sign Out button.

Troubleshooting Mobile App Login Issues

If you are unable to log in to the Click Maint mobile app, try the following steps:

  1. Update the App: Ensure that the Click Maint mobile app is updated to the latest version available in your device’s app store.

  2. Reinstall the App: If the app is already up to date, uninstall it from your device and then reinstall it from the app store.

  3. Retry Login: After reinstalling the app, open it and attempt to log in again. This resolves most issues related to outdated or corrupted app installations.
