Guide - Add
From the Admin Settings module, click the Manage Modules tab.
From the Reference Lists section, select Account Codes.
Click the +Account Code button in the top right corner to open the Add Account Code form.
Add the new code into the Account Code field.
Click in the Entities field and select all or certain entities to use your account list.
Hit Save and the account code jumps into alphabetical order in the list view.
Make sure Admins make the Account Code field visible on the work order form. |
Guide - Edit
Click on the edit icon within the account code row that you want to make edit.
From the Edit Account Code window, change the account number or entities.
Hit Save to keep changes or click on Discard Change to cancel and close.
Guide - Delete
From the Account Code list, click on the edit icon within the row for the account code you want to remove.
Once the Edit Account Code window opens, click the Delete icon.
Hit Save.
