Edit Notifications Settings

From your Profile, change the email notification you receive

Managing notification settings in Click Maint is essential for ensuring you receive the right updates and avoid unnecessary alerts. This guide explains how to configure and troubleshoot notification preferences for various situations.

  1. Click on your Profile name from the Main Menu.

  2. From the My Account page, select the Notification Settings tab to view all email notification options.

  3. Simply click on the toggle button to select the email notification you want.

    • A check means on,you want the email notification.

    • An "x" means off,you don't want the email notification.

Email notifications save automatically. They're available for Work Orders, Requests, Assets, Inventory & Parts, and Reports and depend on User Role and permissions.
