From the desktop version of the program, click on Support from the Main Menu. This opens the Support Center window that connects you to all support resources. Send messages to our team, view articles from our Help Center, sign up for our live Q&A Office Hours Training, and more.

Open the Support Center when in the program, then select the Messages icon. Click on Send us a message to start a new conversation with our live support team. Currently we're available Monday–Friday, 9am to 5pm CST. View your message history from here as well.
