Access all Supportrelated information while signed into the program

When you log into the desktop, there are multiple resources available to help you with the program. You can view our videos and guides, connect with our support team, or sign up for our live training webinars and more.

Support - Desktop

Click on the Support icon, always located in the bottom right corner. Take a look. You can see it right now.

This opens the Support Center window where you can find all support related information.

Home

The Home button in the Support Center contains multiple sections.

  • Help (Search for help) - click on this field to open the Help window. Enter a keyword and a list of suggested articles automatically appears. Click on an article to open and view. You can also click on the following Click Maint Help Center to access all our videos, gifs, and guides.

  • Messages (Send us a message) - click on this section to open the messenger window. This connects you to correspond with the support team. Start typing the message in the lower part of the window, then hit the send icon.

  • Sign Up for Live Q&A Training Webinar - click on this section to open the registration link in a new tab. Sign up to join us for our live training sessions. Ask questions and get the answers from the experts.

Help

Click in the Search for help fields and type in keywords to automatically view a list of suggested articles. Click on the article to open.

Messages

Click on the Messages icon to open a history of conversations with the support team. Select any message to view the information. Click on the Send us a Message button to start a new one.

You can type your message in the bottom part of the window, then hit the send button. If you miss a message from the Support Center, you'll also receive an email to keep the communication going.

Tickets

This icon is only visible if you have received a ticket from our support team. Tickets are created for any unresolved issues you reported, that we are still addressing, and help provide you with updates.

Click on the Support Center icon located in the bottom right corner to open and close.
