Information on new features, updates, and solutions

June 2026

Desktop

  • You can now send requests by email. Admins can opt to create a unique email address per portal. No login required. Simply send an email to the address with the subject as the title and the body as the description. Incoming emails go to the Requests module to be managed as usual.

  • We're busy coming up with some cool, largely requested features soon to be released.

  • A new filter term, "is within," has been introduced to improve searches involving parent-child relationships. This feature is now available in the Requests, Work Orders, PMs, Assets, and Locations modules.

Mobile

  • Intecom support center is now available in the mobile app. Connect with the support team even quicker!

  • History tab on work orders now logs timer amounts.

  • New navigation menu screen. Users now only see menu items that they have access to based on the user's role.

  • You can now scan a part QR code from the Cost & Time tab in the mobile app. This allows for parts details to appear even faster.

  • A few fixes for adding time to work orders, downtime, and QR code behavior.


May 2026

Desktop

  • The Asset Type filter on floor plans has been improved, making it easier to locate asset pins by type.

  • Communication between a Requester user and technician has just improved. Comments can be displayed on work orders and techs can reply via work order. Techs can also opt for a notification if any request comments come through.

  • Parts import is now supported via the data import tool.

  • The Comments field has been added to the Work Order module export.

  • Procedure template items can now include attachments, giving technicians better context when completing procedure steps on work orders.

  • We fixed bugs to make it a better experience.

Mobile

  • Approved or completed request forms now include a link to the work order, and work orders contain a link to the approved or completed request.

  • On work order form and approved or completed request form is now linked.

  • Users can opt for the push or email notification for "Request threads I have replied to" to stay informed if any new requester comments are made.

  • Additional bug fixes and performance improvements have been applied throughout the app.


April 2026

Desktop

  • The parts dropdown menu on work orders now displays associated parts first, with non-associated parts listed below them.

  • Requesters now receive email notifications with status updates, providing them with improved visibility into the progress of their requests.

  • Improved downtime features now let admins edit downtime on work orders, edit downtime from the asset details screen, and give more accurate history timestamps.

  • We squashed some bugs.

Mobile

  • Requesters are notified each time the status of the work order associated with their request is updated. This provides increased insight into progress and completion.

  • Some back-end fixes to keep things smooth and running.


March 2026

Desktop

  • SSO is now available. Configure Click Maint login with Google SSO or Microsoft Entra ID.

  • New Reconcile feature for Inventory & Parts. No need to associate a parts by work order. Update info directly from the Parts details card.

  • Better visibility to where work orders and requests are for the Floor Plans module.

  • A few breakdowns that we fixed, to keep things running well.

Mobile

  • Notification dots in the Request and Work Orders module. See green for Pending or Active work orders and red for anything overdue or critical.

  • Some bug fixes and performance improvements.


February 2026

Desktop

  • New Filters in Work Orders module. Search and move view settings to see "Created by" and "Updated by" information.

  • Interactive KPIs in Inventory & Parts module

  • Work Orders module now also has interactive KPIs.

  • Getting closer to releasing SSO. Keep watching.

  • Lots of back-end work and a few bug fixes.

Mobile

  • Significant effort has gone into improving the app experience.

  • We've resolved some bugs so they don't bug you.


January 2026

Desktop

  • The Lead Tech user role is available! 🎉Great for those that need to assign work orders to themselves or others but don't need to do a lot of adding and editing in other modules.

  • New procedure item: Files / Images and signatures✍️ are now data options for your procedures. You can also add a comment to each procedure item.

  • Our API is now available. Devs can learn more about it when they open the API Documentation link.

  • Small bugs and improvements to general usage were made.

Mobile

  • Location History is now available on Location detail card. Quickly find all related work orders to a location.

  • Tech user Improvements to procedures were made.

  • There were a few bugs that we needed to clean up.
