Your exports will now include your Quick Filters for all modules. Only want to export a list of Completed WOs? Use the quick filter, then hit the export icon to download and save to your desktop.
New Feature Request Portal - Users can select the Give Feedback button when they open the Support Center. This allows you to make suggestions, see what's coming, and vote on other people's ideas to improve Click Maint.
We've been busy preparing for some big releases coming in the new year! While we can't reveal all the details just yet, we're very enthusiastic about the new features we have in store. You'll have to espera un poco más. 😉
And of course, we had a few breakdowns, just like most maintenance departments. With your help in informing us, we were able to fix these bugs right away.

📈New report - WO Completed by Category. This report shows the details of completed work orders using KPIs, charts, and custom date ranges. It helps you find work in specific groups and where most of your cost is coming from.
📉New report - Maintenance by Assignee. Another report that provides totals and details with KPIs, graphs, and within specific time frames to get technician data.
Increased character limit to Comment field. Add more details, notes, or instructions to your work orders.
Save button notifications are now available. If the Save button on any form is now greyed out, hover your mouse over it and we'll tell you why you can't save it.
Vendor Quick Create is available on work order forms. If the vendor isn't listed in the dropdown, type in the new name in the vendor field and save it. You can stay on the work order form and add the details in the Vendor module later.
A few issues here and there were fixed to make life easier.🔧

We have been working on smoothing out all our downtime tracking functionality on the app. You can now click on the Asset module and quickly see what is on or offline.
Change the asset status by opening up the asset detail card and marking it on or offline.
A lot of other work has gone into the mobile app, but on the back end. That means new features are in the works and will be available to users shortly.
We killed a few bugs. Thanks to our great customers that helped identify them and let us know. We always appreciate feedback.

✨Loads or new Asset Status features✨
You can now set an asset offline with a toggle button from the work order form.
Asset status is now visible on work orders next to the asset name. This makes it easy to identify if on or offline.
View asset status in the asset detail card's asset hierarchy.
We added a Status column to the Asset module's list view. Quickly identify assets marked as on or offline.
You can now export the Downtime report using the export icon to download and save to your computer.
Changes the login session length from 30 days to 7 for security reasons.
Fixes on the front end (UX) to make things look nice.

We added a few quick creates to the work order form. This means you can add new assets, parts, or vendors to the program, without leaving the work order form. 🏃♀️ You can always go to the module later to add the extra details.

We made a few improvements to our parent-child feature. If you change the location of a parent asset, then all sub-assets are automatically updated as well. This means the entire hierarchy is updated. 👨👦👦
When editing the location associated to a parent or sub-asset, we now show a notification to help on my you might not be able to and how to fix it.
You can now identify the feature by hovering over the icons when performing tasks in batches.
You can now associate a location with your vendor. This helps identify which outside contractor to use from a work order.
A few bugs were addressed to help things look and run better in the program. 🦾

We created a fancy new date picker. Click on the month to select and year to customize your date ranges. Of course, you can still use the easy-calculated time ranges.
All Click Maint support information is now available from the Support launcher icon in the bottom right corner. This opens the Support Center window. You can talk to our support team, watch videos or guides, sign up for webinars, see news, and more.
Work Order KPIs are now here! Get a good understanding of your Work Order situation at a quick glance. 👀
We added some action buttons and links on our sign-in page. Contacting support is never out of your reach.
Added a few design changes to make the search and filter features a bit more user-friendly and intuitive.

You can now opt to have anonymous Requests submitted from your Request Portal. Previously, an email was required to include when anyone put in a request.
We improved the look of our Reports email. 📊 It's much nicer on the eyes.

The new Created vs. Completed Report compares work orders within time frames. Use filters to get the all the KPIs, bar graphs, and list view data you need.
A Reactive vs. Preventive report is now available, which allows you to compare your unexpected vs. planned maintenance and quickly see areas to improve with our KPIs, graphs, and list of data that you can export.
We help you celebrate now when a work order is set to the Completed status with our new Completed fanfare.🎉

The Click Maint CMMS app now has push notifications. First, turn on notifications in your phone's settings. Then, go to your profile's Notification Settings and choose to get push notifications, emails, or both. Stay informed while on the go.

Admins can create public request portals, each with unique URLs. This allow anyone to submit a request directed to the maintenance team.
