Whether you scan an asset, location, or part, the steps on your mobile device are simple. Refer to the Print QR Codes guide to properly label the assets, locations, and parts within your facility and take advantage of this feature.

Gif - Scan QR Code
Click on the QR Code module to open the camera and scan the code. You then have the option to create new WOs, Requests, view Detail Cards, and view tones of information.
Guide - Scan
From the app, click on the QR Code module from the navigation bar.
Position the QR Code within the frame displayed on your screen.
Valid Scan - displays a confirmation icon, then the asset, location, or part window
Invalid Scan - indicates there's no QR Code or you can try to scan once again
From the asset, location, or part window, select what's next.
Asset Window
New Work Order - tap to create a new work order with asset pre-filled
New Request - tap to create a new work order request with asset pre-filled
View Details - tap to view detailed information about the asset
Location Window
New Work Order - tap to create a new work order with location pre-filled
New Request - tap to create a new work order request with location pre-filled
View Details - tap to view detailed information about the location
Part Window
New Work Order - tap to first add the part to a work order then create a new work order by completing the form
View Details - tap to view detailed information about the part
Guide - Exit
To exit any QR Code asset, location, or part window and return to the “Scan QR Code” screen, simply tap on the area outside the window.
