The process for printing asset, location, or part QR codes is the same, however you start by choosing the correct module from the main menu.

Guide
Click on either the Assets, Locations, or Inventory & Parts Module.
From the list view Name column, click in the box next to Name to select all. To select specifics, click on the image next to the item name. The QR icon then appears in the Name column header.
Click on the QR Code icon.
4. Once you select the Print button, the Print window opens. Select from the Export Setting field either one QR code per page or multiple.
5. Choose the Export to SVG option to download only the code. Choose the Print option to download the code with details to your computer as a PDF file, then print.
Again, the SVG would only contain the code, while the PDF contains details as in the example below.
If you select any items that don't have a QR code, you're asked if you want to generate first or continue to print for only existing. |
