You can create new QR Codes or add existing ones in the program. The process to create asset, location, or part QR codes is the same, however you start by choosing the correct module from the main menu.

Guide

  1. Click on either the Assets, Locations, or Inventory & Parts Module.

  2. From the list view Name column, click in the box next to Name to select all. To select specifics, click on the image next to the item name. The QR icon then appears in the Name column header.

  3. Click on the QR Code icon.

  4. Once the Generate QR Codes window opens, read the message then select the Yes, Generate button to continue. A new unique code is now associated to each item.

You can now Print QR Codes, label items, then scan via the mobile app.
