Admins and Limited Admins users can easily reconcile parts from the Part Details card. Every save creates a Reconcile transaction to see who made the change and why. Here are the steps to using the Reconcile button and quickly update your inventory.

Select the Inventory & Parts module from the main menu.
Click on the name of a part you want to reconcile, to open the Part Detail card.
Click the Reconcile button to open the Reconcile part window.
Use the + button to increase the amount or the - button to decrease the amount on hand.
You must add a short note about why you changed the count.
Hit the Submit button to save or Cancel to not keep the changes.
The Parts Transactions table gets a new Reconcile row that shows the details of the change for others to review.
Click on the Details link to view details about the transaction or note to see message.
