Guide - Add
Click on the Admin Settings module from the sidebar.
From the General Settings tab, click the Add Entity button to open the form.
Add the *required fields plus all other optional details.
*Entity Name - name of facility where all assets, locations, and details are
Description - details about the entity
Address - physical location of entity typically main postal address
Currency - the local money used in transactions in which reports are based on
Date Formate - system-wide viewing order of date
Timezone - local time setting for entity
4. Hit Save.
Guide - Edit
Click on the edit icon within the Entity box to open the Entity form.
Change details as needed.
Hit Save.
