Add and Edit an Entity

Create and customize entities. Each entity has its own details and is unrelated to the others.

Guide - Add

  1. Click on the Admin Settings module from the sidebar.

  2. From the General Settings tab, click the Add Entity button to open the form.

  3. Add the *required fields plus all other optional details.

  • *Entity Name - name of facility where all assets, locations, and details are

  • Description - details about the entity

  • Address - physical location of entity typically main postal address

  • Currency - the local money used in transactions in which reports are based on

  • Date Formate - system-wide viewing order of date

  • Timezone - local time setting for entity

4. Hit Save.

Guide - Edit

  1. Click on the edit icon within the Entity box to open the Entity form.

  2. Change details as needed.

  3. Hit Save.
