Learn about the process to Approve, Decline, or put requests On-hold until a later date.

  1. Click the Requests module from the main menu.

Most modules have multiple features to help you find and customize specific information, such as Filters, Search, and Settings.

2. Use the Approve, Decline, and On-Hold buttons next to each request name for quick request management.

  • Approve - opens the Approve Request | New Work Order form. Add and modify information such as assign a technician. Once you hit Save, it becomes a Work Order.

  • Decline - Let the Requester know why it was declined, then hit Save.

  • On-Hold - postpone for another day and add a comment why. Hit Save to keep.

3. Alternatively, click on the name from the Title column to manage the request. From the open Request form, use the Approve, Decline, or On-Hold button.

4.Click Edit to open the form and modify information such as select a technician and create a checklist.

Admin Users can configure the Requester form and customize the information required.

Approved requests then become Work Orders found in the Work Orders module.
