The open Request portal allows anyone to submit maintenance requests. Admin Users must manage requests to become work orders.

Guide - Submit a Request

  1. Enter your organization's unique Request Portal link or scan the QR Code using your camera on a mobile device.

Take note of the "Instructions" section. Your organization may have specific needs when putting in a maintenance request.

2. Enter Request Details and Contact Information from the portal page.

Any field with an *Asterisk is required. All other fields are optional. If unsure, leave field blank.

Request Details

  • Upload Images/File - send a pic; it can be worth a 1000 words

  • *Title - what the request is about

  • * Description - details on the work needed; the more the better

  • Priority - urgency of work or situation

  • Location - physical location or job site

  • Category - a way of classifying work orders together

  • Needed by - requested date for work to be completed by

  • Assign to - Select the technician to complete the work

  • Vendor - outside contractor

Contact Information

You must toggle onemail notifications to get updates. This automates communication for everyone, and you can receive the following updates:

  • Submit a new request - confirmation

  • Request is either approved, declined, or put on hold

  • Approved request has been completed

3. Enter your contact details. Again, if there is an asterisk, then the field is required.

  • First Name - you should know this (I hope)

  • Last Name - same with this one

  • Phone - select country from drop down then enter contact number

  • Email - contact email address notification are sent to

4. Hit Submit Request.

The request is pending review, meaning an Admin User can now manage the request. It can be approved, declined, or put on hold. Email notifications help inform you of this.
