Enter your organization's unique Request Portal link, and take note of any special instructions that may have been given.
2. Enter Request Details and Contact Information from the portal page.
Any field with an *Asterisk is mandatory. All other fields are optional. If unsure, leave field blank. |
Request Details
Upload Images/File - send a pic; it can be worth a 1000 words
*Title - what the request is about
* Description - details on the work needed; the more the better
Priority - urgency of work or situation
Location - physical location or job site
Category - a way of classifying work orders together
Needed by - requested date for work to be completed by
Assign to - Select the technician to complete the work
Vendor - outside contractor
Contact Information
First Name - you should know this (I hope)
Last Name - same with this one
Phone - select country from drop down then enter contact number
*Email - contact email address or to get follow-ups emails

3. Hit Submit Request.
The request is pending review, meaning an Admin User can now manage the request. It can be approved, declined, or put on hold. Email notifications help inform you of this.
