Guide - Edit Profile
Click your User Profile name from the Main Menu to open the My Account page.
From the Profile Preferences tab, you can edit the following profile details:
Edit Personal Info - change photo and name
Click on Edit Personal Info button to open window
Click on Upload New Picture to select an image from your computer
Click on Delete to remove picture
Click in First Name and/or Last Name field to edit name used in program
Hit Save to keep Changes. Click Discard Changes to cancel.
Phone Number - internal only
Click Change to open a window and select a country code and enter a phone number. Hit Save to keep changes. Click Discard Changes to cancel.
Email - used to log in and receive notifications
Click Change to open window and enter new email. Hit Save to keep changes. Click Discard Changes to cancel.
Password - used to log in
Click Change to open window and enter a new password with requirements. Hit Save to keep changes. Click Discard Changes to cancel.
Language - switch desktop to French or Spanish
Click Change to open window and select language from drop-down. Hit Save to keep changes or Discard Changes to cancel.
Sessions - view device log-in history
section to view log-in history and remove access from a device when you select a Log Out from this Device button.
