View & Edit Users

See each user associated with an entity and edit a user's profile

The Users module from the main menu allows you to see only for the entity listed at the top. Admins can edit user profile from this module.

  • New users can only be added by Admins from the Admin Settings.

  • Admin Settings in the main menu allows system-wide changes for all users. This is useful for managing data across multiple entities.View the All Users guide here.

  • Admins Users can go to Admin Settings >All Users >View Permissions button to view the User Role and Permissions templates.

Guide - View Users

  1. Click the Users module from the menu to open the Users list view and see any usuer in the program that is associated to the entity.

  2. Click on the name of any user to open their details card.

Guide - Edit Users

  1. Click on the name of the User from any row to open the User profile form.

  2. Admins can click the Edit Profile button to change profile information.

  3. Likewise, click the Edit Permissions button to modify user role.

  4. Click the Elipses icon to make a User Inactive. This keeps the history, but the User can no longer log in.

  5. Hit the Save button to keep the changes or Discard Changes button to dismiss and close the form.
