How to change the User role or permissions to existing users from Admin Settings in the program

Only those with the correct permission settings can edit the permissions for other users.

  • Admin Users can edit permissions for any User, from all entities in the system. It's suggested to do this from Admin Settings > All Users tab.

  • Limited Admin Users can edit user within their associated entities. This is done from the Users Module.

Guide

  1. Select Admin Settings from the main menu.

  2. Click on the All Users tab.

  3. From the list, click on the name of the person's permissions you wish to edit to open their Profile card.

  4. Click on the Edit button to open their edit profile form.

  5. From the Entities section, find the correct entity and select the new user role from the drop-down.

  6. Click Save.

This closes the Edit Profile form, to the Profile card, to see and confirm the changes.
