Admin Users have total control to view, add, and edit every user's information in the program. They can make these changes from the Admin Settings> All Users tab, or the Users module. This shows you how to view, add, and edit User details, including mark users for the "Assign to" field and mark users "Inactive".
Guide - View Users
Select the Admin Settings module > All Users tab to view a completed list of users in the system.
Click on a name from the Title column in the list view to open the Profile card.
Click the X to close the profile card.
From the All Users tab, click on the View Permissions button.
This shows a description for each User Role.
Guide - Add Users
From the Admin Settings > All Users tab, click on the +User button to open the Invite User form.
Enter the email address of the new user, which is needed to log in.
Associate them to the correct entity and User Role from the dropdown list.
Click the Send Invitation button to send the new user an email invite to the program to set up their password and profile.
Users can only be associated with one User Role for each entity. |
Guide - Edit Users
From the Admin Settings > All Users tab, click on a User's name to open their profile card.
Click the Edit Profile button to change their profile details.
Click in Edit Permissions button fields to edit the role associated with an entity.
Hit Save to keep the changes or Discard Changes to cancel and exit.
Admins can also make similar edits from the Users Module |
Guide - Can Be Assigned to Work Orders
From the Admin Settings > All Users tab, click on a name to open the details card.
Click the Edit Profile button to open the Edit Profile form.
Make sure to associate the user with the correct entity and user role.
Toggle on the button next to the "Can Be Assigned to Work Orders" permission. Entering labor rates is optional.
Hit Save to keep the changes or Discard Changes to cancel changes.
Labor rates aren't visible on work orders and are calculated on reports and KPIs. |
Guide - Inactive User
From the Admin Settings > All Users tab, click on a name to open the details card.
Click the Ellipses button.
Select Make Inactive.
Confirm the change or cancel.
Inactive users no longer have access to both the desktop and mobile app. |
