Guide - Logged Out/Forgot Password
From the Login page, click on Forgot Password? This opens a new Reset Password tab on your browser.
From the Reset Password page, enter the email associated with your account, then click Reset Password button.
Now, check your email. You'll receive a no-reply email from Click Maint with further instructions. Safely click on the Reset Password button on the email or use the link to take you to the New Password page.
On the New Password page, enter a new password, then click the Update Password button. Passwords must contain the following requirements:
At least 8 characters
Contains at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $, %)

Click your profile name from the Main Menu.
On the My Account page, from the Profile Preferences tab, click the Change button in the Password section.
Enter the details in the Change Password window. You must meet the password requirements.
Hit Save and remember your new password (or you'll be back to this article).
