Guide - Logged Out/Forgot Password
From the Login page, click on "Forgot Password?" to open the Reset Password form.
From the Reset Password form, enter the email associated with your account, then click Reset Password button.
Close all Click Maint browsers. This will avoid confusion when creating a new one.
Now, check your email. You'll receive a no-reply email from Click Maint with further instructions. Safely click on the Reset Password button on the email or use the link to take you to the New Password page. Close all other Click Maint tab to avoid confusion.
On the New Password page, enter a new password, then click the Update Password button. Passwords must contain the following requirements:
At least 8 characters
Contains at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $, %)

After 5 failed attempts to log in, you must wait 20 minutes to try again.|If you encounter repeated login issues, ensure your username and password are correct and avoid multiple failed attempts to prevent account lockouts. |

Click your profile name from the Main Menu.
On the My Account page, from the Profile Preferences tab, click the Change button in the Password section.
Enter the details in the Change Password window. You must meet the password requirements.
Hit Save and remember your new password (or you'll be back to this article).
Mobile App-Specific Troubleshooting
If you can log in on the desktop but not on the mobile app, try the following steps:
Update the Mobile App
Ensure the Click Maint mobile app is updated to the latest version available in your app store.
Reinstall the Mobile App
If updating doesn’t resolve the issue, uninstall the app from your device and reinstall it.
Reinstalling the app often resolves mobile login problems.
