Mark User as Inactive

Remove user's access to the program

  1. Admins can go to Admin Settings, then click on the All Users tab.

  2. Click on the name of the User from any row to open the User Profile form.

  3. Click the Ellipses icon to make User Inactive.

  4. Click on Make Inactive to confirm.

  • The User's name stays in the list view, but the profile is marked Inactive.

  • The history of an Inactive user is kept in the program.

  • An Inactive user can't log in.

  • The Inactive user's name won't appear in any Assign to field moving forward.
