Updated over a week ago

A maintenance procedure is a detailed, written list of instructions on specific maintenance tasks. To include Procedures in your work order, an Admin user must Enable Procedure in Admin Settings. Then you can start to create, edit, or delete procedure templates from the Procedures module.

    • Date - requires a date entry

    • Image / File - upload or drag a file, spec, doc, picture etc.

    • Text - allows typed answer

    • Yes, No, or N/A - requires one selection

  9. Repeat. Click the New Item button and add as many tasks and data items to the procedure as needed.

  10. Click Save and your Procedure template is now located in the module's list view. This template is now available to be added to any existing or new work orders.

Templates are global and available to any entity in your system. This is to standardize your procedures.

Note that Comments can be made after each item on your procedure template, viewed by whom, and time-stamped when.
