Create a list of tasks for your SOPs or technicians to note and cross off before the work order is completed.

Creating a checklist is easy. It allows for specific steps or procedures to be better noted.

  • Checklists on new or generated Reactive work orders are specific to one work order.

  • Checklists on generated Preventive work orders are specific to one work order.

  • Only Preventive work orders with checklists in the PM Module carry over to future PMs.

Guide - Checklist

  1. From the work order form, locate the Checklist field and click on the Add Field button.

  2. Click in the Input text field to enter the task.

  3. Repeat as needed.

  4. Click Save on the work order form.

  • Click on the drag icons to reorder.

  • Click in a checklist input text field to edit.

  • Click on the trash icon next to a checklist entry to delete it.
