View Requests
Once a map is open, select the Request filter to view where any request is currently located, whether asset or location type. Click on a pin to open the drawer and view request details, edit, or manage.

Once logged in, select the Floor Plans module from the main menu.
Click on the View Floor Plan button to open the map.
Click on the +Request button or click on any asset or location pin on the map to open the drawer.
From drawer, click the +Request button.
Add *required fields to the New Requests form then all other optional fields.
Upload Images - add files/docs/images about the request
*Title -what the request is about
*Description - details or message passed to maintenance team
Email Notifications - toggle on to get email updates when:
Confirmation of new request submitted
Request declined or put on hold and comment on why
Approved request with the link and details
Any status change to the work order from an approved request
Request comment is sent from tech on work order related to request
Priority - level of importance or severity
Location - where the work needs to be done
Asset - equipment that needs to be fixed
Category - group or department
Needed by - date work should be completed by
Assign to - technician to do the job
Vendor - outside contractor
6. Hit the Save button. The request is now ready to be managed, meaning it can be approved, declined, or put on-hold by an Admin User.
