The Floor Plans module allows you to see locations, assets, work orders, and requests on an interactive map. The visual of floor plans takes away a lot of the guess work. It enables more accurate work orders and requests to be created and easily located.

Guide
Select the Floor Plan module from the main menu. Click on the "View Floor Plan" button within the Name column that you wish to open. Once the floor plan is open, there are a few features to take note of.
The title of the floor plan is listed along the top. Click on the back arrow button to get back to the module's list view.
The keyword search is along the top center of the screen. Enter an asset or location name, then click the magnifying icon to find where on the floor plan the asset or location is.
Click on the +Work Order button to create a new work order. The floor plan name is the default location on the work order, unless you have an asset or location pin selected.
Navigation buttons help to move around the map or change the map size.
Click on any asset or location icon that is pinned on the floor plan to open the drawer and view work order, request, or details.
Drawer information depends on your user role. Work Orders information is visible to most users, while Requesters only view requests. The drawer has multiple features.
Quick Filters allow you to quickly filter pins on the floor plan. Click on the filter to apply which pins you view on the floor plan.
Assets - red pins - click on to open details card and create WO or request
Locations - blue pins - click on to open detail card and create WO or request
Work Orders - green pins - click on to see existing WOs
Requests - purple pins - click on to see, create, and manage existing request
Floor plans give you a nice quick visual that makes it easier to easier to locate and act on maintenance items.
