Enterprise Dashboard

Understand key information across multiple entities in one view

The Enterprise dashboard is available to all users and shows important information about their associated entities. This includes active work orders, completed work orders within time frames, and current asset details.

Take a look at how to move around the enterprise dashboard.

Steps

  1. Click on the Enterprise from the main menu to view the entity overview sections you have access to.

  2. Use the arrows button to view more entities if applicable.

  3. Each entity has a Simple view with details on:

    • Total - # of active work orders

    • Pending Requests - # of pending requests

    • Overdue - # of active work orders that are overdue

    • Critical - # of active work orders that are critical and outline section in red with an exclamation icon

  4. Choose Detailed view in the entity section to see Completed Work Order and Assets information.

  5. Use the data picker in the top right corner to change the time frame and display details on Completed Work Orders. Date picker doesn't apply to assets whose details are current.

    Completed Work Orders

    • Total - # of work orders completed during the date range

    • Total Cost - total cost of work orders completed during the date range

    • Completed On Time - % of WOs, with due dates, that were completed on time in the date range

    Assets

    • Assets offline - total # of assets offline in the entity

    • Assets with PMs - percent of Assets in the entity that have at least one PM schedule associated to them. This includes One-Time PMs that aren't yet completed (Planned, Paused)

  6. Click on View Work Orders link in the section to get to that entity's Work Orders module.

For entities with extreme different time zones, the date picker with not result in same time frame for all entities.
