Maintenance History by Status

A report on Completed vs. Rejected work orders

The Maintenance History by Status report makes it easy to review work orders that have reached a final status: Completed or Rejected. Use this report to understand how many work orders were completed vs.rejected.

Rejected is a work order status for tasks that won't be done. Instead of marking them as Completed or deleting them, Admins and Limited Admins can use Rejected. Rejected work orders are removed from the active backlog and count, like Completed ones. They keep their cost and time. Users can choose to return or use the parts. Teams can track rejected work in the new Maintenance History by Status report.
