From the Requests module, Admin users can complete the following steps.
Click on the Priority icons next to the Request names from the Title column.
Click on one of the following icons next to the Title heading.
Pause - put requests on hold
Decline - reject requests
Optional to add a comment in the Put Requests On Hold or Decline Requests window.
Hit the Save button to keep changes or the Discard Changes button.
