From the Work Orders module, complete the following steps.
Click on the Priority icons next to the work order names from the Title column.
Click on one of the following action icons next to the Title heading.
Due Date - edit when the work orders should be completed by
Asignees - the technician assigned to the work orders
Status - change the current situation of the work orders
Priority - change the level of importance
Print - print more than one work order at a time
Delete - remove several work orders from the program
Once the action window appears, select the specific change from the dropdown.
Note: If you select Print or Delete, the action window simply asks you to confirm.
Hit the Save button to apply the action or the Discard Change button to close the window.
All the selected work orders automatically appear in the list view with the new change.
