Click on a module from the Main Menu to open the list view.

Click the Settings icon to open the View Settings window.

Select how many rows you want displayed on you list view from the Results per Page.

A toggle button with a checkmark means the column is visible. Click on the toggle button to mark with an X and hide from your list view.

Click on a drag icon and hold it down to drag columns in the order you want the columns to appear.

Hit Apply to save.
