Benefits

By keeping tabs on both the created and completed reports, you can improve maintenance management, balance workloads, use resources wisely, and keep things running smoothly.

  • Created vs. Completed Ratio: Comparing the two reports can show if your team is meeting the demand or not. If the difference between the created and completed work orders grows, it could mean there are inefficiencies, poor management, or a lack of resources.

  • Trend Analysis: When you see more work orders being created but fewer being completed, it can tell you a lot. You might need more staff, better training, or even new equipment.

  • Maintenance Prioritization: Use the comparison to prioritize work orders and ensure that critical maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.
