Report on uncompleted work orders grouped by priority levels

The Maintenance Backlog by Priority report shows information about both Reactive and Preventive work orders that are still open. It's grouped into priorities of critical, high, medium, low, and none, meaning no priority given to a work order.

Guide

  1. Click the Reports & KPIs module on the main menu. The module displays numerous KPIs and reports each in their own section.

  2. Locate the Maintenance Backlog by Priority section and click on the expand icon to open the report.

  3. View the data in the KPI section and charts, which are based on a current time frame. This means all Reactive and Preventive work orders yet to be completed at this time.

  4. Click on Filters to add conditions or rules to the report.

  5. Click on the export icon to download the report, save it, and print. Right-click on the report and click print to keep as a pdf.

  6. Click on the report name dropdown to quickly get to another report.

  7. Use the back arrow to get back to the main Reports & KPIs page.
