Analyze maintenance operations more effectively by using data from work order reports

From the Reports & KPIs module, you can use filters and time frames on the following reports:

  • WO Completed vs. Created

    • comparing completed to created work orders within time frames, MTTR

  • Maintenance Backlog by Priority

    • work orders to be completed, grouped by priority level

  • Maintenance Backlog by Status

    • work orders to be completed, grouped by status

  • WO Reactive vs. Preventive

    • two WO types completed within time frames, MTTR

  • Asset Costs & Downtime

    • costs and time for planned or unplanned, including MTTR and MTBF

  • Maintenance History by Cost

    • completed WOs with labor, parts, and other costs calculated within time frames

  • WO Completed On-time vs. Overdue

    • completed work orders and technician stats, MTTR

  • Maintenance by Assignee

    • Completed work order stats by technician and for labor hours

  • WO Completed by Category

    • Completed work orders grouped by categories

Guide

  1. Select the Reports & KPI module from the main menu.

  2. Select the expand icon within a specific report section to open and view full report.

    When the report in full-page format is displayed, take note of the KPIs at the top and a list of information at the bottom. There are several report features available for use.

  3. Alter report results when you choose a pre-set time frame from the drop-down or customize your own using the calendars.

  4. Click on Filters just above the list to add conditions (rules) to your report. Click Clear all to get back to the default results within your selected time frame.

  5. Click the Export icon to save the report file to your computer, then edit or email.

  6. Select a new report from the report dropdown menu or use the back arrow.
