Reports & KPIs Overview

Analyze maintenance operations more effectively by using data from work order reports

From the Reports & KPIs module, you can use filters and time frames on the following reports:

  • Maintenance Backlog by Status

    • Work orders to be completed, grouped by status

  • Maintenance Backlog by Priority

    • Work orders to be completed, grouped by priority level

  • Maintenance Backlog by Assignee

    • Completed work order stats by technician and for labor hours

  • WO Completed vs. Created

    • Comparing completed to created work orders within time frames, MTTR

  • WO Reactive vs. Preventive

    • Two WO types completed within time frames, MTTR

  • WO Completed On-time vs. Overdue

    • work orders finished on time compared to unfinished within time frames

  • WO Completed by Assignee

    • Completed work orders with Technician or assigned to details

  • WO Completed by Category

    • Completed work orders grouped by categories

  • Maintenance History by Cost

    • Completed WOs with labor, parts, and other costs calculated within time frames

  • Asset Costs & Downtime

    • Costs and time for planned or unplanned, including MTTR and MTBF

  • Parts Usage

    • Completed work orders that include parts and can view part types and average costs in a particular time frame

Guide

  1. Select the Reports & KPI module from the main menu.

  2. Select the expand icon within a specific report section to open and view full report.

    When the report in full-page format is displayed, take note of the KPIs at the top and a list of information at the bottom. There are several report features available for use.

  3. Alter report results when you choose a pre-set time frame from the drop-down or customize your own using the calendars.

  4. Click on Filters just above the list to add conditions (rules) to your report. Click Clear all to get back to the default results within your selected time frame.

  5. Click the Export icon to save the report file to your computer, then edit or email.

  6. Select a new report from the report dropdown menu or use the back arrow.
